Fruit sough dough toast with fresh organic figs, raspberry home made jam and honey

Oh I love figs. I love love love them. The best figs I have ever had were from the “Laiki” (the markets) in central Athens. They were deep red in colour, small and had the most amazing sweet flavour. My sister in law always ensures she has them waiting for me when I visit her 🙂

This Saturday we had some fresh fruit loaf (Sough dough) from the south Melbourne market, with some figs & home made jam. The jam is sourced from my aunt’s farm and is full of organic raspberries and goodness. Drizzled with honey it is a beautiful colourful and fresh breakfast for the whole family 🙂
